|Recommended: YesAwesome — I love living at Somerset It's quiet, the apartment is very spacious, and I have a nice view from my apartment as well. I very rarely have any issues but if I do maintenance is always on it.
|Recommended: YesLakeland's Great Apartment Community — After living here for only 2 days, the maintenance staff was unbelievably fast to meet all requests the very next morning. After moving with a baby and 5 year old, this was so reassuring-kudos to both the maintenance team and to Leasing Agent Cooper Harden for making our transition smooth and enjoyable.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding And Extremely Friendly Staff — Great staff who are very helpful. Nice facilities and living area. No issues hearing any neighbors and the parking lots and walk areas are always clean and kept up with.
|Recommended: YesTenant Upstairs Intentionally Disruptive — Can you please ask my upstairs neighbors to be cognizant and aware of the people Me below them It’s become so disruptive today that my dog is too scared to leave my side or eat his dinner. This is far beyond typical living sounds, more like a grown man running and jumping around in an effort to cause problems. Thanks.
