|Recommended: NoMulti Year Resident — The apartments are good size and pretty quiet, I hear my neighbors only every once and a while. Bonnie in the front office is the best Some of the buildings need repairs but the grounds are pretty clean.
|Recommended: YesI Love This Place. It Is A Great Place To Live — The apartments are nice and big and I love the pools. Most of the in-wall plug-ins have pretty loose connections though, but that's the only real flaw. I had to buy extensions for most of them to fix the problem

|Recommended: NoI would not recommend this place if you are a senior citizen looking for peace and quiet. My experience with noisy upstairs neighbors over the last almost 2 years has been horrible. No consideration for their neighbors below them. Their floors squeak, walls are thin, so I hear every step they make. There is constant walking that sounds like stomping. They slam doors. There are loud thuds that cause pictures to fall from my walls, and I'm just waiting for my dining room chandelier to fall because the thuds shake it. There's so much more I could talk about. I don't like complaining but I'm at my breaking point. I don't like confrontations because I don't know the character of these people. I have not been happy the whole time I've lived here. Unfortunately, I have no place else to go. Wish this place had buildings for seniors only.
|Recommended: YesNew To Resident — I just moved in and so far so good. Megan in the office is super sweet. The area is nice and clean. I moved here because of the school district. Hopefully my stay here is great.
|Recommended: YesNoisy, Inconsiderate Upstairs Neighbors — I would tell them that living here is pretty nice. Property is well kept and clean. Management customer service has greatly improved. I would not have been so positive when I moved here a year and seven months ago. My experience was not so great. I still deal with noisy, inconsiderate upstairs neighbors and I hope management will address the noise with them. I didn't appreciate my rent going up . I'm a good tenant, never been late paying my rent. I'm retired, on a fixed income and will be forced to leave if it keeps going up as well as the noisy neighbors. I would tell anyone interested in moving here to give it a try. Just don't be a first floor tenant.
