|Recommended: YesNew Residence Move In — Somerset at Lakeland is a very nice place. The staff is so friendly and efficient. The grounds are so lovely to walk in. When my guest came to visit all they talked about is how nice the lake and grounds were and the size of my apartment. It is everything I wanted, when I am in my apartment I really feel at home and safe.

Love walking around the apartment complex, dogs are friendly, neighbors are friendly, and neighborhood is very safe. I would so far rate Somerset 5 5 stars.

|Recommended: YesParking, Maintenance.... — so far so good, only confused about my MLGW account, ground cleanliness is , still waiting on the maintenance to fix my patio door where some bugs such as croaches, spiders and tick that for sure come from the outsides since the door isn't fixed yet, also waiting on the final inspection created days ago but still not done yet. the parking is an issue since other tenants from another building will park right in front of your apartment and i have to park somewhere else. Everybody in the office is so kind and very helpful. overall all is just fine. will recommend
