|Recommended: YesJoin Us Somerset At Lakeland Apartments — The people there are friendly. If you have kids then this is the place to be you have a lot of kids here so your child will be able to make a friend or 2. The grounds are clean. And maintenence is quick to get to you.

We’ve already met some good people in the neighborhood. Cara, is very kind, attentive, accommodating and helpful. She has made this transition for me easy. Front desk was very accommodating when I first moved in by helping me get into my apartment after arriving from Washington at 2 in the morning. Pools are very clean and the upgrades to the fitness center are awesome Very reasonable price on rent in an excellent part of Tennessee. Highly recommend
